Deal History report

The DEAL HISTORY report shows all the deals that match your specified criteria. You can search for a single deal or for all deals executed within a specific date range.

The Forward Reference column displays the text that was entered in the Forward Reference field when the forward was booked.

Note: The Forward Reference column is displayed only if a least one forward in the table includes Forward Reference text.

Any forwards that were extended or 'rolled over To move or extend a Forward or Options contract by a certain duration.' for you are also displayed in this report. The number of the original deal is displayed in the Linked To column. This allows you to see the relationship between the original forward contract and the new rolled over forward.

To generate a deal history report

1. On Your Dashboard, click Reporting, and then click DEAL HISTORY.
   Alternatively, in the REPORTS section on the Home page, click Deal History.
2. Enter search criteria in any of the displayed fields.
   Note: The Affiliate/Division column is displayed only if your company has one or more divisions and affiliates.
3. Click SEARCH.
   The Deal History report appears.
   
   
   
   You can use the icons at the top of the page to print the entire report or export the results to an Excel file.

4. In the Order # column, click a number to view the confirmation for that order.
   
5. On the confirmation, you can click the icons at the top of the page to print the confirmation, email it, or save the confirmation details as a PDF. You can use the icons beside particular line items to print or email only the information related to that item.
